Maharashtra Police to learn dance moves from dance bars

In a shocking turn of events the Maharashtra Government has decided to plant CCTV cameras in every dance bar in Mumbai with live feeds in the nearest police station, a move welcomed by the Mumbai Police since now they can learn latest dance moves on trending songs in the country inclusive of both Hollywood & Bollywood item numbers.

Our special correspondent Tukaram Dhumdhere has interviewed senior Mumbai police official who said ,”Our officials from the junior most to the senior most level lacked dancing skills. Even in MHA Police day functions we had to call Bollywood actors & actresses to perform & had to in turn offer them relaxations if they violated laws such as drunk driving, bar fight, public abuse etc. This step would ensure that justice is served without any bias since we would now no longer need those actors & actresses”. Our sources tell us that this is only a pilot project & if successful then an update in the system would allow the police officials to even select the song of their choice & have one to one competition with a bar girl.

There would be a marking scheme based on the number of songs a police officer can dance on & may even be promoted if there is an Indo-Western mix. Choreographers forum headed by Faroj Naan has ridiculed this move by the MHA Government claiming that this would in turn pose a threat to their source of income as they fear some police officials after becoming an expert may open their dance academies & coaching classes.Whatever be the outcome of this step by MHA Govt. at least this would ensure Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas.
