Call Center upset over internet quality of service

There are many reasons for concern in the country. There are always challenges in the work place, especially if you work in a call center. There are cramped work conditions, rude customers, stupid scripts, and dumb bosses. However, this just goes with the territory.

Frequent electricity outages are a problem too. But there’s one thing that is causing some rumblings in the call center I work in. And that’s poor quality of internet bandwidth. Nothing is more frustrating than having the call quality garbled, or the call completely dropped, especially when my income and performance is reviewed by that dumb boss.

Well, we did a little investigation on our own at the call center and bribed one of the “tech guys” with a sandwich if he fessed up and told us why the call quality decreased during certain periods of time. And guess what? The dumb boss is using a VPN connection to get out of the country so he can watch porn! Yes he’s a he**** and you know who you are, mister man with two first names, with one name resembling a pencil, which incidentally is probably thicker than his winkie.

So keep reading this post periodically. Because we can bribe the tech guy again with another sandwich to turn on the webcam and do some live streaming the next time the call quality goes down. Working in a call center should be so hard (don’t read in to the meaning of that). We will be posting a Twitter feed soon
