Bengaluru: In what is being hailed as a commendable effort in raising the convenience bar, multiplexes in major cities will soon start feeding service for customers in addition to delivering food to their designated seats.

Consistent bad reviews from moviegoers with regards to food service is believed to be the reason behind introduction of the innovative hand-feeding service.

Speaking to Faking News, manager of a popular multiplex in Bengaluru Mr. Cinebhaskar said, “Customers have been complaining a lot about missing crucial scenes in movies, especially when they lose focus while trying to dip nachos in the salsa. Our boys deliver the food at their seat but customers seem to be wasting a lot of time in identifying the order, confirming if it’s theirs and trying to open the pack. Meanwhile, those sitting in upper rows start swearing at our boys even if they’re stooping, that too, only for 30 seconds. On the whole, they’re blaming our staff for spoiling their movie experience.”

“With feeding service for their orders, customers need not worry about things like dipping French fries in ketchup and missing the subtle parts of screenplay. However, they will have to step out of their seats and sit on the walkway’s steps in order to avail the feeding service. The food court guys will then feed them and ensure they get a seamless watching experience. With multiple mind-bending movies set for release this month, we are anticipating great response,” exclaimed Mr. Cinebhaskar as he went back into his no-admission chamber, determined about positive outcome.
