Congress alleges Mumbai rains is a BJP conspiracy to take the focus away from Rahul Gandhis birthday, asks Modi to resign

Mumbai: The incessant rains in Mumbai for the last 24 hrs has caused the people of the city lot of discomfort. However, they are not the only ones who are unhappy. Congress party too is not pleased.

According to our sources, the heavy rainfall and water logging has got lot of media attention and this has taken the focus away from Rahul Gandhi’s birthday. A senior Congress leader who spoke to FN reporter under condition of anonymity said, “We had grand plans to celebrate Rahulji’s birthday. We are all very lucky that after a long time Rahul Gandhiji is celebrating his birthday in India and we had made arrangements for 24 by 7 coverage on all news channels for this event. Lekin baarish ne hamare kiye par paani fer diya.”

Congress party holds PM Narendra Modi responsible for heavy rains on Rahul Gandhi’s birthday. A spokesperson for the party said, “It’s a conspiracy by BJP to overshadow Rahulji. They are all jealous of his popularity on social media. We have proof to show PM’s involvement. Government must answer. Mr. Modi must resign.”

Here are the pics given to FN by Congress party which show PM Narendra Modi’s involvement in the conspiracy.

Meanwhile, few Congress party workers were seen discussing the possibility of  returning the favor on 21st June, when government plans to celebrate International Yoga Day. Nothing would make the Congress party more happier than to see  heavy rains in Delhi on 21st June and the Yoga event turning out to be a big flop show.
