Man unhappy after being told “8 hours of sleep and 8 hours of work is essential but not at the same time”

New Delhi: It wasn’t the same for Soham Bansal at work today as he woke up from a nice 6 hour sleep to the HR Director staring at him with his awkward quizzical expression.

Apparently, the HR Director’s attention was concentrated on his employees’ productivity after the Government put a block on porn in India.

“His visits to the washroom are not as frequent as they were earlier. Don’t know why,” one of Soham’s co-worker revealed.

According to Soham he was just following the two golden rules of a perfect life.

“We’ve been told about it a lot by experienced people that it’s essential to sleep and work 8 hours a day. I was just doing that, I wonder why he is so pissed off at me. Or maybe, that’s what he is hired for,” furious Soham told Faking News.

“More and more people are pulling all-dayers and drinking coffee just to keep themselves awake for meetings and conference calls. But when compared with their better rested co- workers, these individuals are far more likely to suffer from fatigue and decreased cognitive performance at home. I surely don’t want my work affecting my personal life. I don’t think I’ve done anything wrong,” he added.

“What kind of creep wakes you up and tells you that you have to dream big,” Soham continued. When asked what exactly happened, he said that he almost had a heartbreak when the HR Director told him “Yes, 8 hours of sleep and 8 hours of work is essential but you can’t do them both at the same time.”

“I don’t want to work, I mean sleep here anymore,” Soham concluded.

On the other hand the HR Director is still pissed. “What the f**k is happening around here?” he yelled like every HR Director is supposed to.

“While we are working on an app that would let the workers work even in their sleep at night. They are doing this shit at work,” he went on to add.

When asked if he ever takes a nap at work he replied, “Well my naps are power naps and I dream about work even when I am sleeping.”
