UP leader fails to get alcohol, claims Gujarat is being repeated in UP

Muzaffarnagar. A Congress MLA from Uttar Pradesh, Bittu Yadav has blamed BJP for attempting to repeat a Gujarat in the state after he couldn’t get alcohol last night.

It should be noted that Gujarat is a dry state and alcohol is not publicly and officially available for sale.

Wine glass

Contrary to popular beliefs, such glasses are not used to store dhokla in Gujarat.

“I don’t know what the hell is happening to UP. Wine and beer was always there even if there was no law and order. But last night, it felt I was living in a dry state,” rued Bittu Yadav.

“It is not a mere coincidence that this incident took place after BJP put Amit Shah, a Gujarati, into charge of the state. There is an attempt to repeat Gujarat!” Bittu claimed.

“Modi has not even been made the PM’s candidate and this is happening, imagine what will happen if he actually becomes a PM!” the leader added as his supporters nodded in agreement.

Sources tell Faking News that wine couldn’t reach the leader as there was curfew in the area, but Bittu claims that curfew and wine were unrelated topics.

“Those who come up with such unrelated topics are again trying to repeat a Gujarat in UP,” Bittu said, “Just like there is no link between development and Modi, there is no link between availability of wine and curfew in a region.”
