Moily asks Rohit Shetty to blow up all vehicles post 8 PM to control petrol consumption

New Delhi. After PMO rejected his proposal to shut down petrol pumps from 8 PM to 8 AM, Oil Minister Veerappa Moily has come up with yet another brilliant suggestion to bring down consumption of petrol and conserve fuel.

Convinced that people turn into vampires drinking petrol in the night, Moily has turned to ace film director Rohit Shetty (known for his hatred towards cars) to slay these vampires.

Rohit has been asked by the Oil Minister to blow away any vehicle he comes across on road after 8 PM. For the same, Rohit will be made the Road and Transport Minister in the night shift. A proposal to the same effect has been sent to the PMO and is pending approval of 10 Janpath.

Irresponsible citizens will have to meet this fate

To make sure that approval is granted, Rohit Shetty has been asked to use all his expertise to blow away all vehicles except those of Robert Vadra, as his important farm deals take place at night.

“A strong message needs to be sent to people that government will not tolerate indiscriminate usage of petrol by them. The consumption of petrol has to be brought down at any cost,” warned Moily.

“After PMO rejected my proposal, I realized probably they did it because it is not humanely possible to ensure all pumps being shut by 8 PM, but it is definitely within the realms of Rohit’s superhumane ability to blow away every vehicle plying on road,” Moily told Faking News.

The Oil Minister further claimed that the step will bring down the number of criminal cases as most crimes happen in the darkness of the night.

Delhi police is also planning to do away with PCR vans to save petrol. In such scenario, Rohit is the only person who can make capital safe,” Moily explained the importance of Shetty.

Rohit too is excited about this new offer. He has promised to leave no vehicle stone unturned to make sure that the job is done.

“At least it is better than not buying petrol at all as my fellow cabinet minister P Chidambaram may any moment suggest,” shot back Moily when told that people might take to streets twitter to protest.
