SP leader now claims that Muzaffarnagar riots were Twitter fights

Darjeeling. After claiming that there were just ethnic clashes and not communal riots in Muzaffarnagar, Samajwadi Party has gone a step ahead and claimed that they were not even ethnic clashes, but “twitter fights”.

“It was a just a small dispute between twitter accounts of people having skullcap wearing DPs and pagri wearing DPs,” claimed the Shyam Bawal Yadav, a senior leader chilling in the hill station.

“You want me to go back just because some Twitter fight is there?” Mr. Yadav said when this Faking News reporter asked why he was not attending party meet over the issue.

When asked how so many people could die and get injured in a Twitter fight, SP leader said, “These fights have been taking place for weeks. They might have been missing food to continue trolling.”

Mr. Yadav further claimed that over 100 such twitter fights have taken place ever since SP took over the administration of the state and media was unnecessarily focusing on the latest fight.

“Social media is a nuisance and we are trying to curb websites like Twitter and Facebook. Things will be under control, but I don’t know why media is behaving like social media,” he said sipping green tea.

“And why are you asking me these things? Isn’t the issue of Muzaffarnagar over now just like the issue of Durga Shakti Nagpal? Go back and debate Modi!” Shyam Bawal Yadav wondered.
