Noida. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today felicitated 23-year-old Anant Kumar, who simply can’t remember who was Durga Shakti Nagpal.

“Nagpal who? Anyone related to Arjun Rampal?” Anant responded when asked about the former SDM of Sadar, Nodia, who was suspended by the state government last month after she acted against the sand mafia.
Sources say that the Chief Minister was so impressed with Anant’s memory that he immediately decided to honor him.
Anant was given 5 kilograms of onions, DVDs of Chennai Express, shopping voucher worth 5000 rupees that can be used at desi thekas, and a certificate of secularism valid for the next one year.
“Youth of this country should learn from Anant who has got his priorities in the right place,” the young CM of the state said.
Faking News tried to remind Anant about Durga, but he couldn’t recall a thing. He was even shown old newspaper reports but he couldn’t understand why he was given paper plates without any samosa on them.
Anant has voted in all elections since he turned 18, sources confirm.
