Girl found applying ‘Multani’ Mitti on her face; asked to leave India for Pakistan

Lucknow: In what is being regarded as the lamest reasoning of the century yet, probable fringe elements from the right wing have advised a girl to immigrate to Pakistan just because she was found applying Multani Mitti, a cosmetic used by women for enhancing beauty.

Multani Mitti, better known as the Fuller’s earth is a clay substance that is hugely popular for its healing property against acne and blemishes. It is very rich in magnesium chloride which helps to reduce acne and removes the dead cells from the skin making space for it to breathe.

Aarti is a first year engineering student from a popular college in Lucknow. Her college was celebrating its 10th anniversary as part of which a function was organized yesterday evening. In an attempt to beautify herself, Aarti was applying Multani Mitti, which she had purchased from a nearby store.

The file picture shows Aarti engrossed in her innocent reverie of being the most beautiful girl at the function just before the impending verbal altercation.

A few purported intolerant elements were passing across her while she was in her verandah looking at her father’s shaving mirror. As soon as they saw the word ‘Multan’ on the disposed package outside her house, they immediately entered her house and started a rant asking her family to shift to Pakistan. “She may be from India but now her face is in Pakistan,” screamed one such element.

In no time, local journalists reached the place, formed different kinds of opinions, created multiple stories based on their media houses’ inclination and left the place.

Meanwhile, Aarti was dejected that she had become unnecessarily famous. Sources say, she’d is believed to have dropped the idea of going to the function after this incident and instead, decided to stay at home to watch the most talked about new serial on Star Plus.
