Tendulkar blamed for power cuts in Delhi, conspiracy to sell inverters alleged

New Delhi. Sachin Tendulkar critics, who were rendered jobless after the master blaster retired, are back in action. The critics have now claimed that the recent power cuts in Delhi proved that Tendulkar was selfish.

“He is an honorable Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha, but have seen him protesting against the power cuts in Delhi?” asked Sanjay Ojha, a Sachin critic, “If he is not selfish and cares about the common man, why is he not protesting?”

Ojha claimed that Sachin had always been worried only about personal milestones and records, and these power cuts might be a conspiracy to help the Bharat Ratna cricketer sell inverters – one of the products he commercially endorses.

“Due to these power cuts, people will be forced to buy inverters, and this will help Tendulkar meet his annual sales target,” Ojha alleged.

Ojha further pointed out that the problem of power cuts was not so acute when IPL was underway.

“Tendulkar used his clout and made sure that there was electricity during IPL, especially during matches of Ambani owned Mumbai Indians. This also made people watch those ads about inverters on TV; now they will buy the same inverters due to power cuts and brand recall,” he explained.

Sab mile huye hain,” he added.

When Faking News asked Tendulkar about these allegations, he said, “As always, I will let my bat do the talking.”

It was not clear if he was referring to the way his Mumbai Indians teammate Pollard tried to talk using his bat, because Sachin has retired from all formats of the game.
